A regular 50 minute spinning class followed by 20 minutes of light upper body weight lifting with focus on biceps, triceps , shoulders and chest...some core work for a strong foundation to all fitness may be introduced Spinners not wishing to do more than spin are welcome to leave after the 50 minute spin class...
