Service Description

A regular 50 minute spinning class followed by 20 minutes of light upper body weight lifting with focus on biceps, triceps , shoulders and chest...some core work for a strong foundation to all fitness may be introduced...a variety of squats and lungs may be used as core work also. Spinners not wishing to do more than spin are welcome to leave after the 50 minute spin class...
