Service Description

A 60 minute class filled with all three modalities Spinworks has to offer. Begin with a high intensity 20 minute spin session, then continue your cardio burn with a transition to 20minutes of calorie-torching rowing using our water rowers, and finish with a 20 minute TRX strength session. A full body workout, cardio and strength, all complete in 60 minutes!
