After 25 minutes of interval training on the spin bike, class participants will then move into a series of exercise that will involve full body movements designed to strengthen your internal/external obliques, transverse abdominals and lower back muscles. Exercises will include upper body strength, balance and over all flexibility . Please bring your sneakers! All fitness levels are welcome!
