Service Description

A full 40 minute spin class followed immediately by 10 minutes of ab exercises (optional) on mats placed next to spin bikes. Riders wanting to spin only are welcome to do so and skip the ab segment of the class. We know that one day of Ab workouts is relatively fruitless. The intent of the routines that our instructor will present is to encourage you to perform these simple exercises at home when you are unable to come to the studio. Results will be noticed more quickly in body sculpting and fitness.
