This ORIENTATION to TRX Training is designed to prepare and educate the student and those who wish to try again to see why TRX Training appeals to all ability levels. Our goal is to give YOU a clear understanding of what to expect in a TRX Trainer class. Our instructor will show you how to adjust the equipment to your dimensions and explain proper body posture and practice for your safety and optimal workout benefit. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLAN TO TAKE THE TRX CLASS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THIS ORIENTATION If scheduled times are NOT convenient, email us and we will set up a one-on-one session for you at no charge at a time best fitting your schedule Wear comfortable workout type shorts, short sleeve jersey and properly fitted sneakers..Bring a water bottle and towel.
