Service Description

This class is designed to challenge participants with multiple and varied fitness exercises. Targeting major muscle groups to improve functional strength, agility and balance. Each participant working at his/her individual capacity . Participants will move briskly from one exercise to the next. Continuous motion insures a cardio benefit with muscle strengthening and toning as the primary objective.
