Service Description

This 75 minute spin designed to build endurance ..This class is designed to maintain the rider in an aerobic workout zone...Heart rate monitors or Polar brand heart rate chest straps would be advised for the rider wanting to fine tune his/her performance in the targeted zone... The intensity of this class is not intended to reach that of a 50 minute spin class. Emphasis is on "endurance" vs optimal or peak performance for short duration's... Be certain to bring extra water for this ride and come for FUN!
