Before participating in our regular classes we require those new to indoor cycling to sign up for our complimentary Spintroduction.
During the Spintroduction, our instructors will recommend stationary bike settings for comfort and safety. This foundational class provides an overview for correct postures and is essential for achieving the best results out of every spin class.
We encourage you to stay as our guest and take the class immediately
following your Spintroduction.
